What am I working on now?

Maybe you were wondering......well...maybe you wern't either but I need opinions. Here is a wall hanging top I just got done top stitching today and I'm wondering if I should add some thing to the middle. I thought about embroidering Happy Valentines Day and placing a bigger heart in the middle but then it locks me into a certain display window where if it is just like this I can get away with leaving it up longer. But then it seems like some thing may be missing in the middle sections so I'm looking for thoughts on this.

Here is a close up of the 2 trees.

So I am also kind of working on a challenge, sort of. I was at my moms house the other day and she had ordered these really cute styrofoam cat heads and I decided to see what I could do with one. She also gave me a glass bottle. So I will do an art project incorporating these 2 objects. I have a few sketches of ideas but am still not sure on what I will be doing.

I also bought these 6x6 inch canvases to create an art project with to hang some where in the house after we paint and lay new flooring every where. The good thing is we need to finish the bathroom, dogs room and laundry/pantry area before we get to painting the rest of the house and flooring it so I have plenty of time to figure out what I want to do.

By the way, the bathroom is coming along great. I should be priming and painting next week as long as Dan does not stop working on it again. Some times he just gets really busy and some times he gets sick of working all day and coming home to work on the house so he kind of takes long breaks. Can't say I blame him but I can't wait to have my bathroom back and every thing else done too, especially my sewing room, that will be fun to do!

Okay, one final thing to share with you and that would be proof that no one ever gets too old to play with their toys.

Well, that is it for now.

Bye!

yep, you're right, it needs SOMETHING in the middle. hey; how about sewing a clear plastic pocket in the middle there, and you could put a picture in it?

That's cute, Susan playing with the toys. ;^)
